Tom is Kyocera Certified and Konica Certified. Tom manages a technical force of 8 field technicians. The national recognition Bircham's Service Department has received is a testament to the efforts of himself and his department. Tom is a graduate of Wasson High School. Marty has a tremendous list of certifications which include Kyocera Certification, Kyocera Utilities Certification, and Advanced Troubleshooting Certification. Marty is regarded as one of Bircham's most technically skilled engineers by both his peers and Bircham's customers. Marty has two children, is very active in his church and enjoys hunting and fishing. Marty is a native of Colorado Springs.   Tony Gonzales Technical Engineer       Credentials: Tony has been with Bircham's for over 20 years. Tony handles Bircham's southern territory including Pueblo, Canon City, Trinidad, and Walsenburg. Kyocera Certified, Tony is skilled in advanced troubleshooting on various brands including Kyocera, Konica Minolta, and Gestetner. His manufacturer¿s certifications and experience are invaluable to Bircham's and its customers. Leonard loves his family, golf, camping, fishing, hunting, and is very active in his church.   Larry Olson Technical Engineer       Credentials: Larry is a veteran after spending several years in the Marine Corps. Larry is an expert on Konica Minolta equipment. Larry is very active in his church.   Matt Rollings Technical Engineer       Credentials: Matt has been with Bircham's for over five years. Matt's certifications include Kyocera Certified, Xerox Certified, and Kyocera Color Certified. Matt is valued for not only his technical expertise, but also his excellent customer service skills. Matt is very involved in family, soccer, and enjoys many different types of music.   Robert Harris Technical Engineer       Credentials: Robert has over 12 years experience in the the digital imaging industry. Robert's list of technical certifications is impressive. Robert is Xerox Certified, Kyocera Certified, HP Certified, Konica Minolta Certified and Network and IT Certified. Robert is also the resident expert on the Fiery Color Controllers standard on many color imaging systems. Robert is very into physical fitness. Additionally, Robert is a Harley enthusiast and has a 1979 Shovelhead that he rebuilt himself.
