How to receive your gift card to
The Promenade Shops at Briargate

Submit your information and one of our account representatives will contact you.  Upgrade your existing copier lease through Bircham's or lease one of our document management software total packages and you will automatically receive your gift card pending terms and conditions below.

Eligible copier models must meet or exceed 30 ppm (pages per minute black and white speed and must have color printing or color copying capability).  Equipment or software must be new and may be purchased or leased through one of Bircham's approved leasing companies. 

Customer will receive gift card within 1 week of confirming delivery and acceptance of the newly leased/purchased equipment or software.  

Must take delivery of eligible purchases between April 1, 2008 and August 31, 2008 to be eligible for this gift card promotion.  Signed lease documentation must have initial lease payment starting between the dates of April 1, 2008 and August 31, 2008.  Cash purchases must be paid for in full before gift card is delivered.  Leased equipment requires a minimum monthly lease payment of $80.00 per month.  Limit to one (1) gift card per customer.

The Promenade Shops at Briargate gift cards are redeemable at any retailer and restaurant in the center.

Terms and Conditions:
1.  Your gift card may be used only for purchases at authorized stores.
2.  Unless required by law, it cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.  Once redeemed, the store’s policies also apply to the purchase.
4.  Except where prohibited or to the extent permitted by law, a non-refundable $2 maintenance fee will be deducted each month from the card balance, commencing on the thirteenth month from issue date.
5.  A damaged, stolen or lost card may be replaced for a $2 fee.
6.  Purchase or use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and additional terms in the Gift Cardholder Agreement.
