Simply purchase your hp laser printer toner from Bircham’s and we will provide free service on all of your hp laser printers. This service includes free print quality adjustments, free periodic maintenance, and free installation of parts required to maintain printer performance.

How The
Program Works
Step 1 Bircham's will place unique id sticker on each printer covered under this program. Toner pricing for each model will be established by our program manager normally at or below what you are currently paying.
S tep 2 Receive your web page login username and password for your personalized toner shopping cart. This will allow you to just point and click online for free toner delivery.
Step 3 Call for service when your hp laser printer needs attention. There will be no charge for the service call. You will only be responsible for paying for any parts required to repair your printer. Routine cleanings and adjustments are always free.
