The following are the terms and conditions of participation in the Bircham’s Rewards Referral Program. "Referrer" refers to yourself, and "Bircham’s" refers to Bircham’s Corporation, 3004 N. Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. This Agreement may be revised at our discretion at any time.

Bircham’s will give "Referrer" 1 gift card for each new customer referral that meets purchase requirements as stated above. Limit 1 gift card for each referred “Customer”. The amount of the gift card is based on the specifications listed above. Referrals can only be made through a single Referrer. Referrer gift card shall be delivered to “Referrer”by Bircham’s within 30 days after new (Referred) customer makes payment for qualifying equipment purchase.

The term "Referrer" shall not be interpreted as a legal partner, but instead an independent contractor for Bircham’s under this agreement

Bircham’s holds the right to cancel a Referrer's account for any reason if deemed necessary. If the terms of this agreement were not violated by the Referrer, then Gift Card will be given to the Referrer for qualified equipment purchases provided to a new customer (Referred) or outstanding Gift Cards owed if the account is canceled by Bircham’s.

Bircham's reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time
